save config with its inheriting structure

now if I want to save this section: [A@Base]
it will only save [A]
Therefore could it save the whole section inheriting structure. meanwhile the result of saving the section remain to be [A@Base]

    Mmh yes, but I don't see how to do this in an efficient and robust way from the engine side.

    I need to think about it.
