With the upcoming changes to the animation config, is the graph system going to be retained or are these simplified and extended features on top to make things easier?
There is no replacement expected. The changes will mainly be additions to make the user's life easier in most cases.
The chaining graph will still be available and I'll try to be backward compatible as much as possible.
